The Swiss AHV state equalisation fund is set to receive a golden handshake from the federal government, but with SFr2bn haemorrhaging from the employee disability insurance fund a year, it is a much needed cash injection. Michael Lennert talks to AHV manager Eric Breval, who has revamped the fund structure over the past three years and has more changes planned
